She's not knowledgeable and turns aggressive if you ask too many questions. Plus she gets flustered and after several visits I realized that I actually don't trust what she's saying because she seems so uncertain about things... She also doesn't really seem to care about her patients and never follows up.

I completely disagree with any negative comments people wrote about Dr. Moon. My husband and I had our first consultation appointment with her yesterday, and she was so lovely: very direct (in a nice way), kind, explained things well, and made us really comfortable -- as well as all of the staff at Shady Grove. And, I had to go in for a followup appointment today, and she performed the sonogram, not a technician, and again, she was so kind and warm and explained things really well. I think she's really wonderful.

She has absolutely no empathy or compassion. She talks to her patients like they are idiots and was annoyed every time I asked a question. SGF is a farm. She didn't even know that SGF requires a certain protocol because of my age. She didn't tell the incompetent Cleveland in billing and the service was denied by my insurance. Because SGF didn't get pre-approval SGF had to eat the costs. This is why SGF is so expensive. If you can't do something simple like walk down the hall and tell someone my protocol changed how can I be certain I'm getting good medical care. Fyi I got pregnant the first time and my kid is perfect. But I didn't need to have a shitty experience making him. And other women don't need to go through the horrors of Dr Moon who have difficulities.

Dr Moon was upbeat, friendly and answered questions using terms I understood. I believe she cares about her patients as she made it clear in her actions with myself and my wife. The ivf process is not fun and requires many needles but worth it. She was courteous and helpful.

I saw Dr. Moon for an Egg Freezing Cycle and was very pleased with my care. Dr. Moon explained the process very thoroughly and was kind, professional, and personal. I will be referring my friends to Shady Grove and Dr. Moon; I am so pleased I froze my eggs!

She was rude during my embryo transfer. Did not bother to explain what was happending or walk us through the steps as I've seen other doctors do, and was impolite when my husband asked her a question about one of my injections. The nurse who was assisting us answered our question after Moon left the room and assured us that our question was very valid. I was so very glad she did not do my second transfer. The doctor (and his entire team) who did my second transfer was wonderful!

It seemed to me that Dr. Moon has very little knowledge of the broader picture of IVF. It seemed she's a gyn and NOT a fertility specialist. Her knowledge of available options was very limited. She was incredibly cold and it seemed like it would be her way or the high way. Very bad experience.

I was a IVF egg donor, which Dr. Moon made very clear. She treated me with little respect, because I made a mistake in timing ( it did not affect the eggs). she said " people pay a lot of money for this" as if I didn't know women were really counting on me. I felt so horrible I cried before I went to surgery. I guess she thought I only cared about the money which is completely false. I had multiple friends with fertility problems. Dr. Moon was one of the rudest doctors I've ever came across. If it weren't for the women counting on me I would have walked out.
