This doctor suddenly passed away. You wondering why the office is closed and your appt is cancelled.

I had an appointment for August. I just found out that the office is closed july and aug and not reopening until Sept. I was not informed of the closing, I only found out by accident ( I phoned to verify their address and received the message on their voice mail.

Arrogant. Does not listen. He tried to end my 2nd appointment within 2 minutes without even asking me any update/change on my condition. He just looked at the hearing test and said everything is same and comeback after 6 months then he went for the door and walked away. He didn't even asked me about the main issue of Tinnitus and Vertigo. I had to stop him and begged to write me a prescription for my condition.

I have been doing annual visits to Dr. Segall's for the past 5-6 years for slight hearing loss in one ear. Recently, by requesting an MRI, I found out I have a large tumor on the nerve in the affected ear. I had brought up the warnings signs of the tumor to Dr. Segall's attention during my annual visits but he ignored/dismissed them as irrelevant. Now I have to deal with undergoing skull-base surgery since the tumor has grown so large. Surgery was preventable had the tumor been detected when it was smaller. It really sucks when patients have to suffer life-altering consequences due to their doctor's incompetence and lack of care.

Unbelievably arrogant, dismissive, and incompetent. Be weary of going to this doctor.

Thanks to Dr. Segall I still have hearing problems.

The staff were amazing and very caring, and Dr. Lorne was very thorough and understanding. I would highly reccomend him to anyone seeking a war threat and nose specialist
