When you visit this doctor please make sure to mention only one issue at the time! If you have more then one issue with in his scope, he will advise you to make another appointment to address your second issue....and so on!!!

Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Dr. Segall was a very knowledgable, personable man. Was very kind to me throughout to my thyroid issue, surgery and post care. Came out to see me pre surgery and put to rest my anxiety. Did an amazing skillful surgery and follow up while in hospital. Highly recommend.

he did a scope through my nose and did not freeze when I started to tear up and told him it hurt he told me to stop crying and that it does not hurt. At the end of seeing him he said I would have to learn to live with the pain I was experiencing and he could not help me. Also said he did not know what I wanted/expected from him when he found out I had seen another ENT. VERY VERY POOR bedside manners, insensitive and not helpful as to where I could go to seek further help or how to manage my pain.

I had a recent visit with Dr. Segall. He listened to all of my concerns, and worked with me to find a solution to the problem I was having. He seems like a very caring person, which is a great quality to have, especially for a doctor. I couldn't recommend him enough.
