I was referred to Dr Hassa for face reconstruction surgery by the hospital in Huntsville after a face plant on a rock in Algonquin Park. I live in Toronto. Her receptionist arranged for me to see her quickly and I had surgery three days later. Dr Hassa explained clearly what needed to be done and why. I even felt better when I woke up in recovery and have improved over the next two days. She was patient with my questions and allayed my fears. When I had questions between my first meeting and my surgery, her receptionist (sorry but I have forgotten her nane) was quick replying to my voicemails. I have a further road to recovery but glad about how things have gone so far, and anticipate a full recovery in about 2 months.

I made an appointment for an operation on my finger that was seized sideways on October 2022 to be operated on when I return from 6 months in Florida. The operation was set for May 04 2023 at 2:15 at the Royal Victoria hospital in Barrie. My wife and I left two weeks early to insure I got to the hospital on tme from Florida. I sat in the waiting room for two hours. Finally a receptionist approached me and asked why I was waiting. I told her to get surgery on my finger with Dr, Hassa and she replied "Dr. Hassa operates mostly from her office not here. I walked from the hospital to her office and was told by the new secretary that the old one quite and she new nothing of my appointment. She then told me Dr. Hassa would call me within a week. NO PHONE CALL, in 2 months. My doctor sent her a message to please contact me and still no phone call. I found her office way over crowded and appointments running hours late. Sorry but this was a very bad experiance and painful for my wife and I. Dr Hassa needs to be more conciderate to patience in pain and semi crippled. The only reason I made the appointment so far in advance was her nearest appointment for my operation was six months away anyway so I made it work with our vacation. Never again with her!!!Truly R Shepherd

I had a boxer fracture and it was only X-rayed the day it broke. And Thats it… then when I requested buddy velcro when my cast was removed was met with the response “No”. Definitely will be getting a second opinion. Very disappointed by dr hassa and RVH.

Dr Hassa operated on each of my hands a year apart, correcting over-active tendons down each palm. The work and follow-up were top-notch - no hesitation to recommending this great surgeon!

I cannot recommend Dr Hassa enough! She is unbelievably skilled, kind, and compassionate. I had a breast augmentation with her and couldn’t be happier with the results and experience.

Dr.Agnieszka Hassa is an Angel sent from Heavens above, even though i cut my thumb right trough the bone (partial decapitation) she (i don't know how) managed to put all back together after a month people cant even see the damage. I though i was going to loose the thumb. She is a goddess.

I found this office to be very helpful and kind, although my “elective “ surgery was postponed numerous times due to prioritizing “emergency cancer” patients surgery, I don’t fault them for that, I respect them. Dr Hassa was kind from beginning to end, I will recommend anytime, any day.. Good Job, I’m very happy with my results . 👍🏻

Dr Hassa was great and explained my basal cell Squamish carcinoma and it wad removed promptly and efficiently.
