Got off to a good start, but found her to be unhelpful, unprofessional and dismissive towards the end of my treatment. Not willing to answer questions, cold demeanor, no compassion whatsoever. I am a firm believer in stress being a major contributor to our well being, so rather ironic that I found myself suffering from anxiety the day before my appointments with her. At the end of the day, she was the doctor who was supposed to be working with me in an effort to improve my health, was she not? Found her Primary Nurse to be one cold fish.

This doctor should get off the oncology floor and become a coroner she is useless does not have bedside manner is forgetful and the other rating that I read makes me believe that the one patient must of had her on a good day I can't believe she is a rated 4-5 stars but then again only 7 people have rated her she needs to make a career decision she should not be near cancer patients

I think Dr Jacobi should be a lot more compassionate and empathic especially when cancer patients are so vulnerable and upset regarding cancer diagnosis. She has a very negative attitude and needs to put herself in the patients shoes. Not impressed!

Ill rate my doctor as best #5 , she's so helpfull , punctual and verry knowledgeable about her job , i have no questions regarding to her work as hema /onco.doctor.her staff is good they are always helping and assistting us.

Kind, caring and empathetic doctor! Truly listens and takes her time. Couldn't have wished for better care throughout my long chemotherapy. Thankful to have had her by my side.

Tends to disbelieve answers to questions she asks. Appears to forget suggested tests and treatments, example, due to numb feet, had suggested arterial tests but not mentioned again, numbness started only at last chemo round, now it appears there is nerve damage

I feel I could have had better, I try to explain how I'm feeling she puts me off. She was great last year when I first was diagnosed but now I'm a number and feel unheard !! her beside manners have changed not for the better.

I have been seeing doctor Jacobi for a couple of months now and am incredibly impressed. She has treated me with kindness and respect. I feel very confident that my health is in the best hands possible. She is very open and forthright in her dealings with me and tells me exactly what to expect at every step of the way. She even called me at home herself one day to give me the results of a test that we had been waiting for rather than make me wait until our next appointment. She has a really good sense of humor which sure helps lighten things up when you are anxious.
