Worse, he billed OHIP daily 6 patients, randomly picked from appointment book, for psychotherapy ( it cost 4x more).he never provided. Its not even embezzling millions of dollars in decades, but
these patients not knowing will suffer consequences in the future for being " mentaly unstable"( insurance, divorce, accidents, etc) Scumback who always cared only about money, never patient well being. Instead investigation, he got way out by " retiring ".

This so called doctor , he himself needs help, all he is concerned about is opening up his circle of professional friends for income.
