This doctor refuses to listen to anything I say. It’s always a very frustrating visit. It’s like he could care less about the mental illness that I am dealing with. It’s been five years of dealing with him and still have got no where.

This physician is absolutely horrible. Very dismissive. Only there for the money. Wants people to make multiple appointments for every 1 issue. Terrible doctor

Dr Ugabi has looked after our family very well. The one secretary isn't great, so contacting can be a weak spot. Not as helpful with some mental health issues not tied to physical symptoms, and didn't do women internal exams.
Otherwise very professional demeanor and clean office.

I went to see this doctor after hours. I had an extreme sore throat all week, so I wanted to be checked for strep throat. He came in barely looked and felt my neck (yet again barely!). He said it was viral, and was very dismissive. He had an attitude as if I was some stupid girl overreacting. The next day I broke out in rash and could barely swallow. I went to the ER where I was diagnosed with scarlet fever, my neck was swollen, and my throat was even worse. The ER doctor said I would have had a swollen neck at least 24-48 hours before since it was so bad. I am now recovering. I would recommend going to the ER and getting a proper assessment, instead of barely being looked at and risk getting sicker

Literally the worst. He has two receptionists. One lady is very sweet, knows what she's doing and is very kind. And then there is THAT OTHER ONE. She is AWFUL! How is she still there? She isn't remotely bright and is fully incapable of doing her job. Don't need an important referal sent to a specialist? Go to this doctor and his awful receptionist! Dying and don't need anything done about it? Go to Ugabi and whats-her-face! If you hate your life and do not wish to live any more, you know where to go.
