It happens in her facility and she will leave you alone to suffer afterwards.

Staff seems to be too afraid of her and receptionist rude.

Now she owns her clinic in North York- TRIO (North York).
she is a terrible doctor in sense of knowleghe and ethics. Escape from her and her clinic. It seems that all the staffs are so scared of her that they forget their conscious and responsibilities to clients.

Great Doctor, so smart, wonderful bedside manner, she is amazing. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the staff, especially the front end staff. So loud and rude. I don't need other patients hearing our conversation, especially in such a sensitive and emotional environment. I heard things about other patients that were not my business hearing. When you're paying $10K+ I want to feel welcomed, a few of the staff definitely did not make me feel that way. If you're not as sensitive as I, this is a great clinic to go to, Dr. Cooke is amazing.
