Never followed up with me on a time when I needed him the most and never returned my calls. Office staff were the only good thing about his practice

This doctor cares more about making money than patient care. Told my elderly father that he would no longer refill my prescriptions if the pharmacy contacted him because there was too much administrative burden. Wants an elderly patient to go into the office every 3 months just to refill his medication. Absolutely ridiculous during these times of COVID. Receptionist is extremely rude. Worse since he moved offices.

Dr. John is a terrible dr,in my opinion. I went to him weekly implying there was something wrong with me. I was told "you see those people in my waiting room? They all have problems" I went blind at the mall and ended up hospitalized for 7 days and lost a number of my functions. He refused to write a letter and Iwas forced to drop out of University. I was later diagnosed with Chiari Malformation by MRI and made an appointment with him. I asked to be referred to a neurologist , which he did, but when asked what I had, he told me to google it and he didn't have time YET there was no one in his waiting room. This dr is by far one of the worst in Windsor, He also made discriminatory remarks about my child who is visually impaired. I will never be going back and am happy I found a great family dr, especially if you are a woman.

Dr. John is always on time. His knowledge and bedside manner are the best. He is not a pill pusher. It is amazing that he does not make you rushed even though he keeps his appointment times. Usually the appointments are right on time, but on a very rare occasion I have waited 5-10 minutes. Dr. John's office staff are very efficient, professional and polite. The province should use this office as a model on how a medical practice should operate.

Great doctor. Middle aged gentleman. Works in Michigan and Windsor. Always has the right answers and is efficient.
