Never again. I was a patient for close to 2 years. He is always running at least 40 minutes late. He belittles you at every opportunity and is very conceited. He is not a good man, he does not run a good practice, and he is not someone I would recommend if you are seriously suffering from chronic pain.

He takes forever to see you, spends little time, doesn't listen to your concerns, and also talks down to you and treats you like a drug addict. I have suffered from back pain from a car accident with multiple X-rays and MRIs to prove I wasn't making anything up and he still took away my pain medicine saying I didn't need it, all while belittling me.

My mother is a patient of Dr Ward's and we have found him to have an excellent bedside manner. While we did have to wait longer than we would like in the waiting room, once he arrived, he took his time, seemed genuinely interested in what my mom had to say and has really worked with her over the months to give her treatment options and to treat her pain. As my mom is now pain free, we are very pleased with his care.

I first came to this dr. because i was not thrilled with the dr. that i was seeing. however after waiting almost 2 hours... i was shocked. the dr. only spent 15 minutes with me and most of that was him complaining about drug addicts that he treats... what seems wrong with this picture. i have never seen anything this bad. i would not go to this dr. he thinks he has a hot practice when in a few years we will see how long it last.

Dr. Ward treats me for chronic pain. I find his attitude to be rude, and he has very little if any empathy. He is more concerned with decreasing your medication, than actually treating your pain level. How sad it is that people like myself with TRUE pain are made to pay for the sins of others in his eyes. He is too cynical to be an effective pain management doctor, as he gives the impression he believes his patients are all drug seekers.

Dr. Ward is a highly qualified pain specialist that has the experience needed to help my back pain. He was able to get me back to work without surgery-truly a miracle worker! no wonder he is a Top Doc!!

I am a patient of Dr Ward and believe that he has no idea of what chronic pain management consists of. He only believes that every patient is an addict and cuts the medications from chronic pain patients (it is spoken of in office while you wait among patients) consistently until they find help in another avenue or another physician. He pushes back injections for money making in pain management. He is in no way a manager of pain. No help, No sympathy, No empathy. He gives pain medicine a bad name and it borders on neglect for letting his patients pain levels to continue to increase while he decreases thier medication.
