Dictate into a machine during our appointment without first talking to me about my medical issue. Expect me to continually remind her of my treatment history while under her care to lazy to pull the old paper record

Nice at the beginning, but very judgmental. Gets frustrated if you don't get better at HER pace. Probably in it for the money. Not the most compassionate person. Save your money and go elsewhere.
