Heart issues follow up. He ignored my questions or dismissed them as not important. Receptionist is always rude and ignorant.

Disgusting human being!!! Doesn't care about his patients one bit. Extremely cold and has zero empathy or compassion. He doesn't even allow you to talk. He just asks 2 questions. 1. On a scale of 1 to 10 how well are you sleeping? 2. On a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate your appetite?? Based on that he prescribes a medication or simply tells you what your doing wrong. I had chronic nerve pain and he just asked those questions and told me I needed to get more sleep and said I have an attitude problem because I simply asked him what else I can do. He doesn't like it when you ask him questions. Just tells you what you're doing wrong.

Dr Morin has been my primary care doctor, my sons and my parents for over 10 years! He has been so kind and knowledgeable! He has a compassion and understanding that I never had before. His is thorough and precise with all that he deals with!!! And has been a champion doctor all through Covid. Any long term patient would feel the same.

To say this man has robbed people of compassion is an understatement. RUN! He is good for nothing but a referral, he won't even order blood work because his massive ego has derailed all logic and training. We rely on clinics and emerg, I would rather wait 5 hours than ever be victim to his horrific dismissive bedside manner ever again. He should go back to teaching, he only cares about the sound of his own voice.

RUDE, ABRASIVE, COLD, UNFEELING AND HEARTLESS!! He should not be allowed to practice medicine. He simply doesn't care about his patients. I'm 78 and I've encountered countless Dr's in my lifetime, NONE were as horrible as this man.

Brent is a completely dispassionate profiteer who has soiled the meaning of the hippocratic oath. He overbooks in a scummy attempt to confuse people and charge them for missed appointments should they leave, this is one of many policies he uses to maximize his profit. He lacks the morals and ethics that should be the core values of every doctor. His reception team are soulless unemotional machines that follow his lead in offering awfully discompassionate care. He and his team should pack up and head down to the states so he can extort the ill for more money than he could possibly make here.

He's ignorant dismissive and negligent. Has ignored ALL of my health concerns. Talks over you and ignores you. Put me on dozens of medications I didn't even need that I'm still trying to wean off of (with another doctor because Morin messed up my meds so badly last year I was hospitalized and missed 3 weeks of work!). Also medications that interact and are meant for short term use! He doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to mental health. Or anything really. He refuses to send referrals when needed and even advised by other doctors. He should not be practicing!

Fantastic doctor and great bed side manner. He has been our family doctor for 8 years and since we have moved myself and family still travel back to Barrie to see him.

I’ve been a patient for years and usually see the nurse practitioner but saw him at my last visit.
He was dismissive and would cut me off when I tried to explain my problem. I felt unheard and belittled.
