Dr. Alallam gave me an ERCP scope and caused severe acute pancreatitis resulting in multiple organ failure. I am now living with chronic pancreatitis and in constant pain, on constant pain meds and might be having a pancreas transplant due to the damage he caused. I don't know if these 5 star folks are friends and family but I highly recommend you get a referral elsewhere. I wish Windsor would band together in a class action lawsuit. I know I'm ready to sign up.

First off this doctor doesnt read patient files at all. I have been going for surgeries for gallstones in the common bile duct for over 15 years. First meeting with him he didn't bother to introduce himself at all. He had an attitude like me being in his office was a bother to him. He doesn't let you get anything out cuts you off while trying to explain your history. He flat out told me that it's impossible to wake up from conscious sedation. ( it's in my file from Dr.peer that I wake up every time on the operating table.) He said to my face your lying you've never woken up it's physically impossible. Pretty funny cuz now I'm not getting surgery in endoscopy anymore. They have to do my surgery in the OR with an anesthesiologist now. Dr Alallam doesn't do any follow ups after surgery either. He's been my Dr for 4 or 5 years and I've never had a follow up appointment with him. My last surgery that he did i was in extreme pain worse than iver ever had and he didnt care. Had me kick out of the hospital without checking to make sure everything was ok. He also pawns his patients off onto a family doctor for follow ups. If you get referred to him just drop him and get someone else. Will save you a lot of trouble and anxiety.

A surgical nurse even told me she doesn't like him. Her words? "He is very rude with patients and staff, shows zero compassion for sick people". Look elsewhere immediately. Dr. Peer's patients were passed to Alallam when he retired, and I was unfortunate to be one of them. He is always miserable, very rude, uncaring, condescending and looks at patients with dollar signs in his eyes. If you're looking for an incompetent doctor to perform a scope which will leave you crippled up for days on end afterward, feeling like you're going to die, this is the clown for you. BE WARNED: he likes to keep pushing dangerous treatments on you despite them not helping because he's getting kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies. He will claim they're helping when you know otherwise. He really should be reported to the CPSO. I've read the comments here about his nicking bowels, nearly killing people. He is a government shill running a business and not a medical practice. Alallam would be better off as a doorstop at Walmart. Useful idiot. Unfortunately, there is no rating lower than zero to select, so I'm giving him less than zero by this rating. Rated 8 out of 9 is with good reason and speaks volumes.

My last Scope I had was by him. He nicked my bowels and I ended up in ICU almost dead. I will never go back to him as he never listens to his patience. I've been battling crohns for 29 yrs and have ileostomy for 17. Never ever again.

This doctor is a danger - please ask to be recommended to someone else. Practicing in Windsor, did a Routine ERCP that caused serious complications (blood infection) with no communication. Performed the procedure a 2nd time - no follow up, no discussions - nothing. Patient had liver disease, didn't even prescribe preventative antibiotics.

He rang up an hour late and was curt with his answers. I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Peer and it was fine and Peer was awesome. This new bloke could use a course in oral etiquette. I felt rushed and he spent nine minutes on the phone after I waited a hellish long for him to call. He rang off without even saying bye. 'I have to get going,' and hung up rather hurriedly. After reading these comments he worries me.

3 years of chronic, crippling pain due to my bowels violently spasming 24/7at my ostomy site, I'm now a severely emaciated 89 lbs. (down 20 lbs.), unable to eat anything, as doing so instantly causes my bowels to start spasming. I've constantly told him the Remicade I've been on for a year isn't helping.
Dr. Allallam finally decided to perform a scope on me. After telling him I was unable to complete the bowel prep due to it causing me severe and excruciating low back and bowel pain, he asked me why I used it. I informed him it was because his receptionist called and told me he had faxed the prescription over to my Pharmacy. He didn't remember this? After the procedure, he rudely and flippantly stated "Nothing is wrong. The Remicade is working", and off he went. Remicade helping? My body is wracked with violent inflammation morning, noon and night, physically I look like a skeleton, so I beg to differ. I am immediately seeking another GI before I die, as under his care, that will be a given. I won't be bullied into continuing taking something as dangerous as Remicade because he's likely receiving kickbacks from the pharmaceutical company, nor willnI continue to see a doctor who thinks he knows the hell I live pain wise. For 48 hours following this procedure, my bowels felt like they were being run through a meat grinder. I was completely bedridden in such severe agony, it hurt every time I moved the slightest, took a breath or tried to walk, which was nearly impossible...with a cane or walker.
