Dr. Ascani is great. I have been seeing her for a couple years and she genuinely cares about my well being and progress in life. Dr. Ascani was great when I first saw her to get testing completed. She utilized various resources to ensure that my testing was comprehensive to ensure that I was given a complete picture of my results. She helped me fully understand the results of my test, which allowed my family and me to fully understand areas where I struggle and better cope with those struggles. She has worked with my family and me to overcome those struggles and now we are all much happier and calmer thanks to her work with us.

She was very nice to work with however her report provided little in the way of useful information and just restated what I and my parents told her. I've since had to find a new psychologist as her reports provided such a bias to my last psych he would take the report above my own word. I'm now being treated for ADHD an hour away from where I live having found a specialist who actually specializes in treating it and also told me the expensive testing I did here wasn't even a good judge of ADHD and that based on my history and symptoms I very likely had the combined type. I was already working on organization and scheduling with my other therapist, who also found the report to be lacking, who saw the same symptoms. Since medication I've seen my focus improve, my mood stabilize, and my anxiety mostly dry up, and I honestly feel more on the ball than I ever have.
It pains me to write this because Dr. Ascani was a genuinely nice person to work with , but testing here took months, the results were completely useless, and it cost nearly 2000 dollars to my family as I'm broke and my parents aren't exactly good on money either.
This was a waste of time and money and I don't want others to go through this.
