My family and I love Dr. Mike. He is amazing with children, he takes the time to listen to your concerns and takes steps to make sure you understand what he is saying. He is definitely not like most doctors (like talking to a brick wall) he has so much patience!!

Now for the receptionists, one girl is amazing, she's very friendly. How ever the others are either stuck up or they can not speak a word of English! One made a HUGE mistake while I was pregnant with my son, she mixed me up with another pregnant lady and told me that I was going to loose him. I never got an apology for that from her, although Dr. Mike did, but I feel it should have been her.

Anywho, if you're looking for a doctor Mike Bickhram is the one to see, just got to watch with the receptionists

Dr Mike has been awesome in every aspect. He has helped me in so many ways that I love. His compassion towards clients and his work ethics is beyond excellent! He goes the extra mile for his patients! Keep it up!

Dr Mike is a wonderful man, however his staff is useless. They have 0 people skills and can be quite rude when you are trying to get information from them.

Dr. Mike is hands down the best Dr that I have ever had. He is extremely patient, always makes you feel like you are the number one priority, and he actually listens to you......yes! that's right!! He asks follow up questions and everything. Thank you Dr. Mike for being an way above average in your field. I wish all Dr's could be as open to people as you, I wish all people could be treated with the same respect and compassion.

You are truly fantastic and honest with patient's diagnosis. You care to listen carefully, with lots of patience, express your true opinion and always suggest an alternative option if patient is unwilling to accept the treatment for some reason. As a patient, I am never hesitant to approach you. You are kind, caring and the way doctor should be, not just after collecting the OHIP Fund!!! At MHC, I would rather prefer to see Dr. Bickhram in any case, since he has been lot of help to me. Whenever I needed an immediate any medical attention, he got to work right away, also keeping other patient's time and welfare in mind. He has that notion of 'service to humanity, is service to divinity.' Your charisma, smile and TLC make half the pain disappear, you never rush and take your time with each patient as if he/she is part of your family. Dr. Mike and his staff are awesome!! I trust him completely with my whole family including my kids (2 under 5). He's better then the pediatrician we used to see. If he is not sure about something he finds the answer either in the room with you or will let you know as soon as possible. He listens very well. I don't have to repeat myself if I come to see him for a follow up a few days later or even a week later. He always remember each patient and their symptoms. When my daughter was very sick he even called the house to check in on how she was doing. He doesn't resist referring us to a specialist if need be. He is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had. I'm extremely happy I found him.

Dr. Mike is the best doctor I have ever had. He is very intelligent, very caring and has a passion that is second to none. He takes the time to listen, takes the time to explain and most importantly takes the time to make sure that I understand.

Dr Mike is the best doctor I have ever had. I trust him 100%. He is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and does not rush you. He asks questions, explains your results and listens to you. He also does not push medication on you. He makes sure you know that diet, rest, exercise and stress management goes a long way. I like this because I am not one that likes to take meds for a quick fix. I would always recommend Dr Mike to anyone. My whole family is seeing Dr. Mike now and all are very happy and feel reassured that he is taking good care of us :)
