ZERO STARS. The worst experience ever, not only was Dr. Amanda Patenaude, rude, I waited almost 2 hours past my appointment time, they also kept rebooking my appointment at least 4 or 5 times, twice on the same day as the appointment. She was very dismissive, also saying that I didn't have psoriasis, although I was diagnosed over 5 years ago by another dermatologist, she also said that the place I was diagnosed at couldn't be a doctors office; when I stated that is was a clinic like hers, Umm are you not a Doctor??? I was in remission when I seen her, so there for I didn't have it. She wouldn't listen to a word I was saying, and brushing everything off as, its this, and its that.
They also make you take your shoes off, I went to use the restroom and there was urine all over the floor around the toilet, and they ask you to clean the restroom after you use it, they provide a spray bottle and the same washcloth for everyone to use. GROSS.
In total she was in the office with for about 4 minutes.
I have follow up phone appointment in a few months. I will be canceling that. She was very unprofessional.
I will be asking my doctor not to do referrals to her clinic for his other patients. I wish I would have read the reviews before my appointment with her.
And before they can say that I was not a patient there, I was and have proof, as they like to respond to google reviews as, having no records of people being patients at her clinic.
What a horrible person Amanda is, degrading, condescending, belittling, disrespectful, and dismissive.
How is she still a Doctor.

Waited 2 years for an appointment which she denied. Been canceled on several times. Didn't open my file while I was there to even see why my doctor sent me to her. Basically made me buy a 50 dollar cream with zero reason. Will be removing my patient file from her. She spent more time on her make up then seeing patients

If you can find ANY ONE ELSE do it , probably one of the rudest and most unprofessional doctors I've had to hear speak , I really have no idea how this money hungry doctor still has her license.

This clinic is plain terrible. I have nothing g good to say about it. Multiple reschedules, rude and condescending staff. After 4 reschedules and seeing the Dr nothing was accomplished. Complete waste of time. She gave me the run around and had zero clue what she was talking about. How she has a licence is beyond me. Pushed a bunch of prescription creams on me that weren’t needed. No doubt she’s taking a cut from the pharmacy. Listened to her talk about how busy she is yet there is nobody in the building. Expected a thorough detailed appointment and ended up needing to rebook with a different specialist. This place values money more than patient care. No doubt she’s billing the health care system thousands daily for nothing. One quick check on the Manitoba health disclosure web site evident of that. How they don’t audit Drs like this is beyond me. Avoid if you can.

Dr. Patenaude has zero bedside manner, had me strip down in front of two other staff she brought in with her and didn’t introduce or explain the purpose of them being there. She was very abrupt and dismissive. Hardly gave me a chance to speak, brushed off my questions. Took less than 5 minutes with me. My impression is she is only interested in her paying customers for cosmetic procedures. Not sure why she even bothers seeing patients under MB health, she clearly doesn’t think they are worth her time. Her staff were also rude.

Terrible- Awful -unethical
I waited 3 hours till she came and to see me. She was in a rush. She came in and told me I had an autoimmune disease (life threatening)then hands me a prescription for medication -I’m told I have to take for life or I’ll become seriously ill- I was stunned as I have no symptoms. No physical exam performed. She told me she does not have time for people with anxiety and to talk to my GP if I have questions. My GP sent me for a second opinion as she was not convinced - I do not have an auto immune disease and was put on drugs for no reason. This dr read the blood tests inaccurately. I was on heavy meds For 4 months unnecessarily- I was also depressed

HORRIBLE AND UNETHICAL!! Cancelled my phone apt… rescheduled it … she called 3 hours late for said apt.. I missed call…. They want me to pay$ 250 for the missed phonecall that she was 3 hrs late for!!!!! Disgusting …
