I had an unsatisfactory experience with the doctor for several reasons.

Firstly, the interactions felt robotic, devoid of human connection. He seemed to read and talk like a machine, displaying a lack of empathy and active listening skills. During both Zoom meetings, the first of which was crucial for understanding my case, he spent less than 7 minutes, and the second meeting took two sessions to provide me with results.

Furthermore, both Zoom meetings started late, with the first delay exceeding 20 minutes and the second over 15 minutes. Surprisingly, there was no apology for the tardiness. Waiting alone on Zoom for over 15 minutes is quite disheartening.

Regrettably, I won't be returning to this doctor and cannot recommend him. I believe that a doctor with such a detached approach could easily be replaced by a robot, possibly with more emotional intelligence. It's disheartening to witness the healthcare field heading in this direction.

Terrible Doctor. Felt like he was running an assembly line trying to see as many patients as possible. Ask me to lose a few pounds when he should be following his own advice.

Dr. Subramanian is a kind doctor who genuinely cares. He is busy but answers all your questions fully and gives a lot of options for treatment which is nice. I like being part of the treatment process rather than just being told what to do. I would highly recommend him as he is a straight shooter and knows what he is doing.

Condescending and busy doctor. Barely has time to answer questions . Seems like he just wants to see as many patients as possible and bill as much as he can. Was out of breath at times maybe cuz he’s very overweight. Gave very generic suggestions that I could have just asked my family doctor.
