I had experienced shoulder injuries for years and had undergone Arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder. This year I got back into hockey and started to face reoccurring pain in both my shoulders. Movements such as putting a jacket on started causing me grief. In the past, I’ve dealt with Chiropractors and Physical Therapists with little success. Thankfully, my experience with Dr. Ashraf was much different. From our first session, I felt like I was in good hands. She got to the source of the problem and modified my gym routine, which made an instant difference. She made sure I was familiar with all the exercises I should be doing regularly. The treatments I received, were second to none. Shortly after, I was seeing results! I was impressed with the effort/time she put into each session and feel she is passionate about helping people. I've recommended Dr. Ashraf to colleagues of mine who have thanked me for it. She has also helped my mother and sister. A true family doctor!
