I personally disagree with the lower ratings on here. Dr Lim was quite knowledgeable in my condition and is quite calming to speak with. I was recommended by a friend and will be happy to do the same to others.

Strange man. Doesn’t listen. Spends 2 mins with you for $240 consultation fee.
Barely speaks. Just overall disappointing and an awkward doctor

dr Lim doesn’t give you much of his time. Quite, timid, and a little dismissive. Nurses are friendly but seem as though are a little inexperienced with using the lasers and settings. Dr Lim has no interest in checking up on your results.

Dr. Lim and the nurses and reception staff at URepublic are absolutely fantastic! I have generally had no trouble getting appointments and they have often called me to offer earlier dates/times when people have cancelled. They have at times run late, but this is a small price to pay for top notch service and lovely, polite staff. Dr. Lim really knows what he is talking about and took the time to explain things fully to me. Staff are happy to answer any questions I have and I have never felt rushed there. The variety of different treatments I have had for my acne scarring, active acne, hemangiomas and facial capilliaries/redness have made a huge difference. I started going approximately a year before my wedding and Dr. Lim and nurse Hatsu were really determined to make a difference to my skin and took a sensible, caring and ultimately effective approach for which I am forever grateful. I live overseas now, but will be coming in for top-up treatments whenever I am back in the country!

Dr Lim is extraordinary - kind, expert, and non-judgemental. His staff are astounding, and I have recommended him to two friends, who have been so thrilled!
