Not enough good things to say about this man! My son needed tubes in his ears, and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. Excellent bedside manner. I think that the hospital pressures him to triple book his appointments, leading to an unholy wait time (nearly 2 hours). He apologized profusely, took care of us thoroughly and sent us on our way. If the hospital could stay out of his scheduling, he would get 5 stars across the board. that being said, it is still quicker and more convenient than driving to Springfield or Peoria.
