I saw Dr.Benn at Kinderclinic before the pandemic...She was thorough, patient and kind..My little girl loved her, and said, she wanted to be a doctor like Dr. Benn when she grew up..I wish.!

Saw Dr. Benn at Kinderclinic urgent care in Whitby last night and thought she was fantastic with my kid. Very pleasant to talk to and very thorough. Left no question unanswered. Thrilled at the care she provided! Staff at the front desk got us checked in, put in a room and we were out in less than an hour. Far superior to waiting for hours on end at Lakeridge!!!

I don't understand how Dr. Benn's staff's lack of training has to do with her ability to practice but she's a great doctor who is amazing with the kids, always smiling and kind. She follows up with us and is typically punctual. It's a busy practice with great doctors so it may be a bit tougher to get through but they will respond.
