Yes, this doctor is accepting new patients
She is evil and I should be suing for malpractice. She made me quit two controlled substance prescriptions without any notice or time to find a doctor. This lead to severe depression and anxiety which in turn lead to a new addiction. She even fabricated my urine results and lied saying I had relapsed. Straight evil woman.
