The best doctor I've had in years....he actually knows who I am and my medical issues before he enters the room...and he explains things my other doctors don't have time to....

I am very pleased with Dr. Gara. Each time I have seen him he has always been polite, patient and knowledgable. He checked my previous medical records and made suggestions of my medical needs. I am one who does not like taking medications unless I think they are necessary and I feel free to tell him this. He listens and respects my thoughts and if he thinks I should be on a certain medication he explains why and does not get upset if I still refuse. He may make suggestions to alternatives but is always kind and shows respect to me. The staff has been very pleasant which I appreciate. I would recommend Dr. Gara to friends and family.

I was pleasently surprised. I was nervous because I do not like conventional medicine, but needed to establish primary care, for prescription. I felt he listened to me very well. I am happy with the outcome of the visit. I do feel one of the meds prescribed, I am not too keen on, but that is okay - he will see me again for a follow up visit to discuss. For a primary doc, I felt he was thourough. Like I said, I dislike conventional medicine, so I feel this is a good rating on my part.

great doctor. very knowledegeable and pleasant. alowed me to talk and ddidn't cut me in the middle, helped me with my problem and his staff is polite.

Horrible doctor. Just got my medical records and he did not listen to past history nor did he take any other information from other doctors. He didn't listen and told me that I was basically mental because I questioned his medical skills. Not a good doctor.
