Very unprofessional doctor, came 15 minutes late to the appointment and was done in less than 5 minutes. Did not review any files sent over and asked questions that could have been easily answered had she did some prep prior. Took the quickest peek at my arms, prescribed the same ointments I had prior and rushed me out. She did not care to understand my situation or provide a proper treatment/recommendation. Would not recommend. The other comments below are very extremely accurate.

Extremely disappointed with my appointment. I was there to have all my moles checked. She didn’t have me undress, I got no direction from her. She was dismissive and had zero bedside manner. I was in her office less than 5 min once she came in and she glanced briefly at my arms and said it’s all fine. I asked about the melasma that appeared during my pregnancy and she said “I cannot talk to you about that at all, you need another referral” go speak with the skincare counter. Ok I realize this is a separate issue and then she opened the door to the exam room while I was talking and motioned for me to leave. I would not recommend her as a physician, if she is dismissive and has such poor bedside manner I would not trust her to operate on my body. I am in healthcare myself and left feeling extremely upset and pushed aside.

I saw her at the Canadian dermatology center, she's covering for my derm who's on mat leave. I read these reviews before going and almost cancelled lol. Was she the best derm I've ever seen? Definitely not. Could her bed side manner have been a bit better? Yeah (she introduced herself but didn't say hi, often didn't look in my direction while talking, etc.) But I had no real issues with her overall. I got to the clinic 10 mins early and was immediately put into a room, she came 5 mins later. So I was actually seen before my booked time - basically no waiting. She looked over my file thoroughly since she didn't know me, and she did what I felt was a pretty good exam of my skin. Gave me the meds I needed, and then left. Overall I was happy with how it went as I was there to get an exam, not make friends.

She was 1 hour late and when I got in she didn’t even greet me or replied to my greeting. She has no bedside manners and spoke so monotonously and dismissively. I regret giving her my business (considering she was able to bill OHIP for the appointment). It felt like I spent a minute with her - it was so rushed.

How did she even become a dermatologist? She doesn't know what she's talking about, doesn't seem to care about the patients, and rushes you every appointment. Go to another dermatologist if you can. Seeing her is literally a waste of time. The worst dermatologist ever... would give a 0 if I could.

The assistant I spoke to before Dr. Wong was much more attentive and interested in my symptoms and condition than the Dr was. When Dr. Wong finally came into the room, the conversation was extremely brief and rushed. I did not really want a cream as I had tried many in the past to no avail, and was more interested in getting more insight into the cause of my acne and a non-topical solution. However, the Dr. immediately wrote a prescription for a cream and the appointment was over. After waiting weeks for this appointment, my first visit with a dermatologist, I was extremely let down.

She doesn't care. She rushes you throughout the apptointment doesn't really seem to be interested in the whole story and then throws a product or something at you. She hasn't helped me with my acne at all.
