Very rude staff. Receptionist don’t have manners to talk with patients.
I recently had an incredibly disappointing encounter with one of the receptionists at Sai clinic Udavant Hospital. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this individual had absolutely no interest in helping or even acknowledging my presence. Their dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and rude demeanor left me shocked and frustrated.
Not only did they seem completely uninterested in answering my questions, but they also made me feel like a burden for simply seeking assistance. It's disheartening to think that someone working in a place meant to provide care and support could be so uncaring and unhelpful.
I sincerely hope that doctor should addresses the issue of staff behavior and customer service, as it significantly impacts patients' experiences and overall perception of the institution. My visit to the hospital was already a stressful one, and the receptionist's behavior only added to my distress. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any healthcare provider.

doctor prescription of medicaiipn is on trial method and often he makes apoint that you visit him twice or more. a high disregard for child health improvement. Also while prescribing medicines basic medical practices like food to avoid and dosage administration are missing. seems he fix 5 minutes per child and is always in hurry. pure money making business and child health and diagnosis comes last for him.
