As a facility the hospital is good and well managed, but being a medical facility it lacks the fundamental rule of having good experienced doctors. These guys don't have good and experienced faculty of paediatric doctors. Patients don't go there to enjoy facility but to get proper medical attention and consultation which is missing here
We have been taking treatment since from last 2 yrs. And my experience is : Dr. Phadnis open his mouth very rarely to speak. Even after asking doubts, he simply says 'I dont know.' Now cost also is increased by more than 30% of all treatment/tests in ONP. It seems that he is over burdened. Even after 2 yrs we havent got clear idea of our problem. Our treatment is still going on. Hope will get positive result. ...!!!
ONP as it seems to be a good hospital initially but Dr.Phadnis is a low risk Obs. and hence his staff does the same. He has a great monument with the name Dr.Neena Sathe who is the worst ever lady doctor that someone could ever meet in Pune. A real curse for womanhood and A grade commercial hypocrite. Her eyes secretes water naturally which is crocodile's eye water.ONP is a big mad-house. No doctor believes in sticking to the appointment time and punctuality . Every assistant dr. gives eg. of Dr.Phadnis and hence everyone takes this very casually. They seldom understand the patient's problem. Even their internal path lab is faulty and they mention the no-responsibility clause very clearly below the reports and send all the imp. test outside the hospital and charge very high.
