Lacks knowledge. Often gave me misinformation that the doctor who supervised her was surprised to read about in her notes. That doctor often expressed concern/disagreement regarding Kris's treatment plans/diagnoses. Very disconcerting for a patient! I never leave feeling any better about my condition. Instead, I leave very confused about the mixed feelings between the nurse and the doctor.

Been coming here for a long time, and though I have a difficult condition, I may have found a little more relief if she had found the correct diagnoses earlier than she did.

Terrible wait time. The longest I waited once was an hour and half. If I cannot be seen at my scheduled time, I should not be scheduled at that time!

The office's policy is that patients will only be seen by the doctor for surgical pre-op, but will never see you for appointments. I came here confused for months because each time I scheduled an appointment with the doctor, the nurse would see me instead. I specifically requested to see the doctor after a few months of this, which was when the office finally told me of this policy, and that was the second time I had ever seen the doctor after coming in for a year. Whether I prefer or do not prefer this policy is my issue. All I wished was that the office notify new patients of this policy, either during the first appointment, on their website, the first few times I expressed my confusion at seeing the nurse, etc! They did not until I poked it out of them! I have seen the actual doctor (to whom I was referred by my GP) a total of 3 times in the 2 years of coming here--the first consultation, the time I requested to only see her, and before surgery (though I was told I would see her again for a post-op following the surgery, but of course, the nurse saw me instead for that!). If I was referred to the doctor and not the nurse, then that is who I would like to see.

Bad timing, lack of knowledge, and poor communication between staff and patients. If I didn't have a complicated condition that no one in the area seems to treat, I would never go back.
