My first visit with Dr. So was in 2020 and my spouse and I have continued to stay with him. He is empathetic and knowledgeable. He is accommodating to a patient's need and gives a keen attention to them. He is just amazing.

I've been a patient of Dr. So's for years. He's an incredible doctor - knowledgeable, approachable, thorough, an excellent communicator, careful, and thoughtful. He is caring towards patients and very smart. I'm very lucky to have him as a GP, and the practice is very organized with a great booking portal and helpful staff.

I first visited him when I injured my shoulder. He said everything was normal. I saw him a second time about a week after and he did not take my concerns seriously. Knowing he was in the wrong, I asked for Xrays. I had 2 AC joint seperations. When I told him when I saw him again, he never acknowledged his mistake nor apologized. If you're willing to make your own diagnosis yourself, he's a ok doctor to ask for follow ups and sometimes treatments.

Dr So is excellent. Takes the time to discuss issues, very calm and pragmatic. He has been super responsive with call backs avoiding unnecessary visits to the office. He was also very kind to take on my son and daughter as patients after the retirement of their Pediatrician. Nothing but positive feedback from both of them.

Dr So has been great over the last ten years, very pragmatic, responsive and willing to take the time to talk through issues. I have engaged with Dr So in person but also by email and telephone making him very accessible. I found the staff to be both professional and responsive as well.

bad administration of the practice - patients get bumped from doctor to doctor with no notification or communication of any kind - you try to book an appointment only to find out you've been reassigned to another doctor without your consent

I am lucky to have found this GP after my Doctor retired. Have been in his practice about 9 years. Listens to you and helps you. I have also been seen by his colleagues within his practice and feel cared for by all. I have moved some family members to his care. He is literally our family doctor.
We want to grow old with him.

Dr. So is my family GP and other than he's hard to see on a short notice (not his fault we have a shortage of doctors!), he is wonderful-I ALWAYS feel like he actually cares, listens and pays attention.
Also, he is absolutely non judgemental-I used to be a sex worker and used to smoke weed regularly before it was legal and he never made me feel anything but like a patient whose well-being is his only concern. He also asked lots of questions very respectfully so he can become better educated on the subjects. I wish we had more healthcare professionals like Dr. So!

Dr So is a very competent compassionate doctor. He truly listens and also has a great sense of humour.
