Dr, Norman NEVER calls her patients or comes to the phone if you call her! Private, personal, sensitive matters are all handled by a receptionist! Even when you have a serious medical condition/problem or positive test results, Dr. Norman defers ALL calls to her receptionist. (not a med. secretary, not the PA'S that work in the office ... but a very YOUNG inexperienced receptionist!) If your looking for a new doctor I would say look elsewhere.
