If you care about your loved ones steer clear of this human. Run as far as you can. Wish I would have listened to these reviews before it was too late. Heartless and soulless are an understatement.

Dr. Malory, and I hate to use the word "doctor and cared for" concerning my mother in her declining years. Dr. Malory was cold, calculated and insisted many times in no times of real need that mother be put on morphine. She had a cold!!! Dr. Malory is known as DOCTOR DEATH around Nova Scotia. Keep your loved ones away from her. She is evil, unkind and uncaring. Don't be fooled by her. Get a second option first. Thank God we didn't listen because mother lived four years longer.

This doctor seems to have a totally non-interventional agenda regardless of the circumstances. It was so bad that it made me get a second opinion—and I am very glad I did. Her agenda presumes that palliation equals absolute non-treatment is frightening and likely a justification for her own lack of clinical competency. Steer clear if at all possible.

Have attended her lectures and know her material. Absolutely frightening dogma with respect to treating the elderly, in my opinion. Cited a stat for life expectancy which was incorrect. Is unable or unwilling to see any other perspective but her own.

Dr. Mallery was assigned to my father-in-law's case and my step-father's case and I can say that my experience with her was horrible. Her communication skills are terrible - she assumes that everyone is in denial about their loved ones' condition. She is arrogant and a bully. If you try to disagree with her or have any kind of discussion she shuts you down in the rudest manner. I know of many others that have had awful experiences with her. I can't imagine why this doctor is regarded so highly. Our family was traumatized by her cold, callous treatment.

Totally ignorant and non-interested in patients. only concerned with handing off care to any other physician she could. How she treated other health care professionals was downright deplorable.

My Mom was under her care in the hospital. Distant, disinterested, lacking professional curiosity. She wrote my Mom off without bothering to try and find out the cause of her problem. Prescribed drugs of a family that was clearly noted my Mom was allergic to and did not recognize the allergic reaction. The only conversations she was interested in were about discontinuing any / all treatment, and ending her life. After I got Mom out of there and into competent care in a nursing home, there was a total turnaround. It took a year for her to recover but she is again taking full part in and enjoying life. I/ we hope we never run into this Dr. again !

My mom is lucky enough to have Dr. Mallory treat her during her final stage of Congestive Heart Failure. She is a treasure and has gone above and beyond the norm to help my mother. She is available to us for any questions or help and has relieved so much anxiety for my mother, father and me. She is unlike any other doctor I have met in the past 30 years. We are so lucky to have her on my mother's team.
