I’ve been seeing dr Chang for probably about 5 years now. I don’t go to the doctors often but whenever I have had a concern that I’ve brought to her, she’s been absolutely useless. It’s always like pulling teeth to get her to do anything or even look into the issue and do something about it. Sometimes she barely even says anything while I’m there and having a conversation is difficult. She’s def not a doctor who will listen to your concerns and than work hard to do anything about it. I feel like she’s missed things when she shouldn’t have. I wouldn’t recommend her as a family doctor if you actually want things to be dealt with.

Dr Cheng has been my family dr for a number of years (approximately 5). I’m not an “easy “ patient as I have multiple conditions with chronic pain. Dr Cheng has treated me with compassion and has helped me tremendously with all my problems. I’m very thankful to have her as my primary care physician.

Sr. Cheng is completely incompetent and as a result of her negligence my Mother is fighting for her life. She should not be practicing medicine any where!

Dr. Cheng is extremely passive with your health. You essentially have to demand referrals and ask her yourself for prescriptions or alternatives. Every appointment I leave feeling as though I've recieved no help and have the same questions I went in with. I've presented her with multiple health issues and she has never once offered me a solution. I had to ask for a referral to an endocrinologist for a hormonal imbalance. I had to ask for a referral to a different doctor for solutions to hyperhidrosis. I had to ask for a referral to a gynecologist regarding vaginal atrophy. Every issue I've ever presented with her she has NEVER WORKED TO FIND A SOLUTION FOR ME.
You're basically in charge of your own health with this one. If you're looking for a thorough, attentive and helpful doctor, I don't think Dr. Cheng is the right one.

I have been seeing Dr Cheng for the last 5 years and she has always been very kind and helpful. She is always thorough and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is assessed and okay. She also respects that I’m a medical professional and consults/speaks with me about decisions regarding my health in a way that respects my knowledge and experience. Excellent doctor!

when I mentioned I have pain behind my ears and behind my eyes, she sat there quiet, silent and I felt like I was supposed to get some sort of response. I kept talking not understanding if she heard me correctly, She had no clue, she had no follow up questions, she did not refer me to anyone, I Felt Neurotic when I went to see her.. I kept talking and told her I have double vision at times, Dry Eyes and Sensitivity to light .... I went back for more mistreatment from Dr. Chenge as the Symptoms got worse. She said that I must have headaches and to she asked me if I go to bars where there is Smoke and loud Music. I could tell she was judging me from my tattoos because she kept staring at them , I told her My tattoos are of my loved ones and of those I lost. She Flinched . I felt Neurotic after she said my Symptoms are Psychosomatic. I walked away feeling Ashamed for bringing up those symptoms. It is Difficult for a Man to confess What we might think is a Weakness. Last thing I needed was my dr. to say it is Psychosomatic, which I took it as a Manufactured set of Symptoms.... I stopped bringing up my issues, When I went to a new city for work I went to a new Dr. ....I found out, I HAVE OPTIC NEURITIS . DR. CHENGE JUST SAT THERE SILENT BECAUSE SHE LIKES TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT TYPE OF ISSUE SHE WANTS TO TREAT ON A PATIENT .... Thank God my Wife asked me to get a second Opinion ... be careful , Do U Know what Medical Issue Dr. Florence Cheng is Sweeping Under the Rug ???? She uses Silence alot, and there are no real probing questions or referrals.. Make A DR. WORK FOR their JOB .. U do not get to pick and choose what you want to diagnose Dr. Florence Chenge ..

After years of frustration with GPs I started seeing Dr. Cheng as my family doctor. She referred me to appropriate specialists and addressed all of my concerns without downplaying them. I'm very grateful to have found her, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, courteous and knowledgeable doctor.

I have beening seeing Dr Cheng as my family Dr for quite some time now. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She has always taken the time to listen to all my concerns and has even helped me get off of some medications as well.
