I have had a few root canals in the past, this was the easiest one. It’s nice that Babak walks you through the procedure as he is doing the procedure. He is my new favourite endodontist.

I am not a fan of going to the dentists but going to Dr Badak was a total different experience. From when I walked in the door Amy greeted me and made me feel at home. His assistants Kayla, Theresa and Shanna were also very friendly and knowledgeable. When Dr Badak came in he was very friendly and informative. He made sure that I was at ease and all my questions were answered. When he was doing the procedure he was telling me what he was doing and was always asking if I was ok. I would highly highly recommend seeing him if you need endodontic work done. He even called me later that night to see how I was doing. Thank you for the very much for fixing up my tooth!!

Dr Babak was very informative during the procedure and made sure I was not in any discomfort.
When the anesthetic wore off there was no pain and tooth felt totally normal.
Great office staff as well.

All I can say is WOW!!! What a professional clinic. Dr. Nurbakhsh is awesome and so is his team. 5 stars doesn’t even come close to the service and care they will provide you.

What Doctor calls you on a Friday night at 8pm to check in on you to see how you are recovering??

Talk about A+ attention to his clients.
Hopefully I won’t need his services again, but if I do. I know I’m being treated by 1 of the best.

Highly recommend.

Dr babak is FANTASTIC…husband had an abcese in his cheek and the doc was able to take him right away and drain a good part of the infection.. follow up was today and we are beyond grateful.

SOLID 5 starts and here is why: Dr. Babak is simply a world class professional who is a true master of his art - it is an art when a person does it the way Dr. Babak does. My whole experience there was a masterpiece so thoroughly created by Dr. Babak Nurbakhsh: initial visit I can easily compare to an academic-grade lecture of how to reveal, localize and determine issue and develop a "game plan" as Dr. Nurbakhsh called it at the time. I was presented with complete picture of what was the cause, what is current situation and what should be desired treatment scenario for reason of my visit. It was truly fascinating how humorous yet determined his approach was - micro seminar with detailed explanation of each and every step He took to finalize the game plan. On the day of my actual treatment visit Dr. Babak Nurbakhsh so kindly allocated shortly after our initial meeting (which is a true generosity given his busy schedule) was in early morning - just imagine dedication and wholeheartedness of a person who commits to start his day earlier than usually to treat his patients - Dr. Babak Nurbakhsh ensured that the process would be comfortable for me, explaining me relations between certain substances in anaesthesia and pH in human body. He precisely predicted and described my experience even before it had happened. His skill in synergy with high-tech equipment can truly create magic - that was I saw and felt sitting in that chair looking at the maestro at working his miracles with my teeth. His care extends way past business hours - Dr. Babak called me in the evening to ensure I am feeling ok and explained long term implications of the treatment. I/we rate Dr Babak Nurbakhsh tops! From the initial interview, to the communication with office personnel ! A root canal is what was facing me at 8:30 a.m. Initially, I was made comfortable in the room, temperature wise. With each step in the procedure, Dr. Babak clearly explained what was about to happen, how and why. This was assurance to me that he knew what he was doing and put me at ease. At one point I almost felt I could doze off!
I was released with a few instructions, Tylenol for pain relief, and a 'home' follow up call from Dr Babak to check on my well being early next morning! I was able to go about my day without negative side effects. I thank Dr. Mike Hoffard Venier Dental, for the referral!
