This talented and caring specialist has treated me for CLL over the last 7 years. My first appointment saw me in rough shape and I was petrified as to what was going to happen. I had lost my mother to terminal brain cancer just a month after my leukemia diagnosis. Dr. Rudolph listened to me, answered my million and one questions and quickly earned my trust as she was very knowledgeable, took the time necessary and really listened to me. After meeting with her for the first time, my fear factor dropped appreciably even though I knew it would be a tough battle, and it was, But Dr. Rudolph and her staff there beside me all the way. When I developed a secondary cancer and was at risk of losing a kidney Dr. Rudolph did her absolute best to ensure that everything was well organized, well explained and again gave me much support and empathy. Throughout this battle Dr. Rudolph has been beside me all the way and has given me such strength and confidence. After every appointment I leave the Red Deer Cancer Clinic highly confident in Dr. Rudolph’s medical talents, ability, knowledge & thoroughness. All the while Dr. Rudolph has always been personable, easy to talk with and never once has talked down to me nor has she ever been stumped by any of my questions. Dr Rudolph looked after me extremely well as I was undergoing complications in my treatment for Hodgkins Disease and pneumonia in the Palliative Care ward at Red Deer Regional Hospital in 2016 - and in all the follow up work in Red Deer after my BMSCT at the Tom Baker later in that year. Very kind, knowledgeable and very effective at explaining everything that I was undergoing at the time.

Dr.Rudolph is a very professional and personable Hematologist. She has made my experience dealing with Multiple Myeloma as good as can be expected. she is very informative, supportive, and helpful going through the different steps along this journey. I feel very comfortable and in good hands with her expertise. Glad to have met her!!

Dr. Rudolph is a very spoke spoken, well detailed doctor. She really takes time to answer questions & listens to patients experiences. She also give details about certain prodedures that needs to be done. She is compassionate & rational doctor. I wouldn't be able to come this far to live if it's not to her urgent medical attention & references. Her staff are very friendly & accommodating too. My chemotheraphy wouldn't be much pleasant & easy if I was not well taken care of.

Knowledgeable, professional yet very personable. Provided me with great information as to my chronic lymphocytic leukaemia ( CLL), types of treatments, side effects, new therapies being worked on or ready for use, answered every question we could think of. Very busy but takes time with her patients. I know Dr. R, is a very compassionate professional and cares for her patients. I trust this doctor with my life, literally. Very Organized ! Sometimes the scheduling staff makes an error or two but considering the high numbers being treated by all the oncologists there some scheduling errors may come up. I just double check the dates and times when I get the letter in the mail. Her assistant Stacie, RN, is tops !!!! Always organized, considerate and ever has a smile.

Thought I was getting the best Dr. Katherine Rudolph did bloodwork and I had a ultrasound she was going to do other tests. I waited to hear from her but I had to call to make another appointment. Then I get a call cancelling my appointment due to her saying she can't help me. I don't know why she cancelled she just said she couldn't help me. So disappointed.

Dr.Rudolf is a very organized and caring doctor. She devotes her talents as a very perceptive human being. You will not leave her office feeling scared or untrusting her ability. She is the most caring doctor I have ever had and I have had cancer 3 times.

Not helpful throughout the process and offered little comfort or substantial advice. Didn't offer concrete answers unless pressed. Relied on other Doctor's opinions to make big decisions. Frustrating to deal with as was dealing with the office who couldn't seem to coordinate with other centres effectively regarding services.
