Dr Roy has been my Dr for a number of years and has always been amazing. Knowledgeable, thorough, empathetic and genuinely cares. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Additionally during these bizarre times she has been so helpful in continuing my care remotely via Telehealth even calling me to ensure my family and I are all ok. She adapted instantly and we are all very grateful to have such a conscientious GP. Thank you very much Dr Roy.

Dr Roy is an overwhelming force of compassion, empathy and, the provision of continuing and comprehensive medical care to her patients.

Dr Roy has enough brains to think for us all, and enough heart to care for everyone. Very grateful Dr Roy's practice is in Sydney - her counsel is thorough, adept and concise. Brevity and grace among her many virtues.

Throughout my working and personal life I have come across many health professionals including GP's. I can formally assure you that you will not find another GP that fits the mould of Dr. Ankita Roy. There are many many adjectives that I can think of that describes Dr Roy; however one important attribute is that Dr Roy utilises the patient centred approach in more ways than one. Dr Roy is the most thorough, empathetic GP I have ever met. You are not a number with Dr. Roy, the genuine care that she holds for her patients is ever so apparent, it is an atmosphere that you feel when you enter the room and her warm smile and greeting immediately alleviates any anxiety. I have the utmost confidence in Dr Roy and I can assure you that you will get the best care possible and if required referral to some of the finest health professionals in this country. There is no substitute for quality and if there were more GP's like Dr Roy the world (and health care in NSW) would be in a better place. Thank you for all that you do for me Dr Roy.

Dr. Roy is an extremely optimistic, committed, humane, respectful and at the same time very convincing. For me these are critical attributes of a GP. Her medical knowledge is unparalleled. What I find really helpful when visiting Dr. Ray in comparison to other GP's is that she does not ever rush through the consultation and takes a lot of time to discuss with me the problems I am facing. She makes sure I am feeling comfortable and looked after when I leave her room. This really takes half the illness away. I cannot recommended Dr. Ray enough for looking after me and my family.

Dr Roy is the best GP I have ever been too. Wonderful doctor and wonderful medical care. She was very caring and interested. It was obvious she had an excellent medical knowledge of my problems including my extensive and complicated past medical history. Thanks to her - I am still here. I cannot thank her enough. Like most of her patients I am tremendously grateful for her kindness and care.

I have seen this doctor for many years and am upset by the unfair comments below. She is the most compassionate doctor i have come across. She has helped me tremendously and i know for a fact she gives tens of thousands away (I work for one of the NGOs she has donated to). The cost of seeing doctors and psychologists is usually less than what i pay to get my car serviced. Or the plumber. Maybe just go to some bulk billing GP next time.

Our family has been seeing Dr Roy for many years. She saved my husbands life. Full stop. I cannot put a price on that. I know she worked for free as a volunteer for several months as a medical volunteer. Dont think a money hungry person would do that.

I have been to Dr Roy for 11 years and she has been a most compassionate and caring health professional. She helped me recover from a serious illness and supported me through my rehabilitation process, and every single step of the way I felt Dr Roy was there. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Roy is the needle in the haystack. There are plenty of doctors but finding a good GP is like winning the lotto. Dr Roy is compassionate, kind, generous with her time, and an exceptionally knowledgable GP. I would highly recommend her.
