Wait times are sometimes a little long - takes 1-2 weeks to get an appointment, but the receptionist - Sue is very nice and the doctors are friendly and pro-active.

I love Dr Rana!!! Dr Goswami was my doctor since I’m a kid, I got handed off to Dr Rana when he came aboard the practice, now I won’t see anyone else.

Just met this doctor for the first time last week. Very nice and friendly. I am happy he took me on. I am new to Fonthill. I have not had a doctor in a few years. Thank you for taking me and my family as patients. Office is clean and staff is friendly. Dr. Rana is very nice, attentive and sharp.

You're rushed through a apt and his ears must be painted on bc he doesn't listen. Unprofessional , pushes you out of the office, buys his reviews and is not helpful! Don't waste ur time with this doctor.

Very friendly, has a great bedside manner. Very thorough and explains test results in a very clear way so that it is all understandable. I transferred to him after my previous doctor retired. I am very happy that I am part of his practice. He is an asset to our community and hope he stays for a long time. He has helped me and my family for the last several years and we are all very lucky we have him.

This "Doctor" is unprofessional and treats his patients like animals. At the worst time of my life, he abandoned me as a patient. This doctor's office is hard to get a hold of, they're supposed to open at a specific time and yet no one is there answering phones. His communication with his patients is non-existent and doesn't give patients a chance to explain anything to him. He doesn't not care about his patients, I would like to ask him what he thinks of patient center care because he does not provide that.. he provides terrible care to patients whos foot is almost falling off. Refuses to make referrals and does not listen to his patients. I have ended my relationship with this doctor at the worst time of my life and I am here to warn others do not let this doctor fool you- he will thank you for his pay cheque and then dismiss you and misdiagnose you. POOR! Knowledge.

Best Doctor I've had! Friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and doesn't have an attitude like some do. All around good person who actually cares.

I found Dr. Rana to be compassionate and knowledgeable, with a good sense of humour. I attended my appointment under a great deal of stress and he made me comfortable and about as relaxed as I could be, given where I was. My follow-up by phone was just as reassuring. Dr. Rana is not my regular doctor but I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. The clinic is pleasant and clean and the staff that I met were kind and helpful; I did find the wait times to be longer than average, but to me, that's a small price to pay for good care.
