Dr. Bhan was my neuro from 09/99. He's a superior Dr.

Years before, I’d had an MRI and something had showed up on the edge and instead of the tech looking more closely, I had to schedule another MRI. A blockage in a neck vein. I recently started thinking that maybe I should have further investigations and was sent to Dr. Bhan. Before I’d stepped across the threshold, he made a comment about my clothes being ‘bright’. Not really. Later he commented about wearing laced runners instead of Velcro. Gee, I have been tying my laces for decades. Hate Velcro. He joked about my bladder (not his speciality). He said I didn’t need another MRI. A vein was blocked in the vertebrae, probably congenital, and a second one was doing the work. Suggested I take aspirin twice a week. I am glad I don’t have to go back.

Very Happy with my experience with Dr Bhan when he was in Halifax . Love his wit and sense of humour . He answered all my questions honestly and in detail. Sad to see when he moved away but glad I met him and dealt with him in my first 2 years being diagnosed with RRMS . Excellent doctor :)

Dr Bhan was my Neurologist for several years before he moved away.
Dr Bhan always answered my questions without hesitation. Dr Bhan coud make me laugh. I was very sad when he moved.

Saw Dr. Bhan at the Abbotsford MS Clinic and he is the best neurologist I have seen since Dr. Stanley Hashimoto at the UBC MS Clinic. He was knowledgeable and very kind, took time to explain any questions I had.

Super compassionate, patient and willing to break things down in lament terms. Super lucky to have met with Dr Bhan this week, absolutely amazing doctor with astonishing bedside manner. Genuinely feel my health and I are in good hands knowing Dr Bhan is looking out for my best interest.

I was recently diagnosed with RRMS. I met Dr. Bhan at his clinical day at Abbotsford Regional Hospital MS Clinic. Dr. Bhan was thorough in his assessment and spent the time with my family and I explaining what my future/journey may or may not look like. He provided detailed information on the types of medication available and in his professional opinion what treatment would be best for me. Dr. Bhan spent close to an hour with my family and I. He is nothing but the best in my opinion and he was patient with me and compassionate as we all know hearing the words MS is heartwrenching.

Dr. Bhan explained what my next steps will be and I'm grateful I was referred to him. In my opinion he's the leading Dr. working out of 3 major hospitals MS Clinics. Thank-you Dr. Bhan!
