My son has been seeing Dr. Wood for 8.5 years now. She’s always been so amazing, understanding and helpful. Very glad to have her for my sons neurologist.

Doctor Wood was my daughter's neurologist 20 years ago. My daughter had Neiman Pick disease type C with a D variant.
Dr. Wood was always available and very thorough. She was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable on all fronts.
We trusted her completely and my daughter adored her.
So much has changed in the last 19 years since Lesley-Anne passed on.... I will always be grateful for the IWK and this magnificent doctor.

The first words out of her mouth was complaints about a colleague retiring because he is younger than her, then she tried telling my daughter that she did not believe taht she has post concussion syndrome and it is all in her head. Even though the colleague that retired had diagnosed her with this. My daughter checks off all the boxes for pcs.

My daughter has a very rare condition and I had heard great things about Dr.Wood so I was very excited to go see her and get some answers. When we finally got in to her office, she dismissed my teenage daughter completely and told her she needs to suck it up

Dr. Wood is so kind, patient and speaks to my son (who is 8) like he's the most important guy in the room. She calls evenings/weekends with updates for his care. AMAZING.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Wood. She is kind, friendly and wonderful with my teenage daughter. She has a really great manner, and my daughter appreciates that she treats her like an adult, capable of making her own decisions. She is also very thorough, and won;t stop look to find the source o a problem until she has exhausted all the possibilities.

Dr Wood is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to listen, and if something doesn't work she doesn't give up. We always fell 100% comfortable with her!
