Whenever she cannot help me directly, (which is rarely) she does not hesitate to do a referral. I've been very happy seeing Alison for years.

I thank god every time I am sick that my family and I have Alison as our nurse practitioner. She is simply amazing. She takes the time to call you and check on you after results or she has the sweetest nurse Nicole call you. Everyone is so helpful at the clinic. We are so grateful we have someone so wonderful watching over us!

Alison is the sweetest NP you will ever meet. She takes the time to explain things to you, will call you at home to follow up and I hear from other staff and patients how nice she is while I do my programs. You are lucky if you get her as your NP

If you’re not dying she won’t give you the time of day. If your issues are mental health related she won’t know what to do with you.

Alison is wonderful and I am so thankful to her and all of the wonderful care I and my family receive. This one below <- clearly doesn't understand that a CHC is funded by the LIHN. Shame on your for being so uneducated that you think she is about making the clinic money. People who don't get what they want hid behind computers and write useless reviews. The reception is always nice and I have been in there lots of time when they are getting yelled at by patients. But enough wasting time on ignorant people and there useless reviews. If you want to know what Alison and the CHC are about you don't be disappointed. Everyone there is so thoughtful and caring and goes out of there way to help all patients. You can call and always talk to someone. I call in the morning, a nurse calls me back and if she can't deal with it, I am booked to see Alison or a DOCTOR later in the day. Don't read ignorant reviews. Call and see for yourself. I see a sign saying they are taking new patients. You won't be disappointment.

Seems to be more concerned with diagnosing things that make the clinic money. An actual Doctor is Never available. Too many procedures she cannot do. Cheryl at front desk is nice, other lady is rude.

Alison found cancer in me that 3 doctors overlooked. I'd suggest that she saved my life.
