I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Natalie because of the following reasons:
1- She was right on time for my appointment
2- She introduced herself clearly, shook hands, and welcomed me with my name
3- She is neat, clean and looked very representable
4- She is friendly, welcoming and has got a very good communication skills
5- She told me what her plan for me is during my visit (she kept me clearly informed)
6- She is a detail-oriented person. She explained to me the very details of the x rays pictures of my teeth, my previous fillings and their status, and what treatments are priority A and what treatments are priority B.
7- Before I ask her to email me the x ray pictures she took for me, she surprisingly offered that the office would send them to me (this is a BONUS point)
8- She thanked me for my visit
The only improvement feedback I would leave is to provide a better coaching to the front desk staff on how to justify/explain the insurance reimbursements for such invoices . The front desk girl submitted a billing request to my insurance company for CAD 224, but the insurance company replied back with approving CAD 211 only. I asked her why is it the insurance didn't cover the full amount (CAD 224). I explained to her that my insurance company covers 100% of my dental expenses with a limit of CAD 1500 a year. It took her long time to figure it out, but she couldn't provide me with any answer. I asked her if she can call my insurance company for explanation, but she told me they are not supposed to call. I asked her assistant to call Dr. Natalie for me in case she has an explanation. Dr. Natalie thankfully looked into the papers received from my insurance and she explained to me that we did 4 bitewing x rays, while my insurance covers maximum of 2 bitewing x rays per visit - that's why I had to pay a difference of CAD 13 from my pocket.
Also, I have been promised by Dr. Natalie to receive an email (by end of the day) with the dental treatments she recommended to me. I think she might have forgotten, so I would appreciate if she can send me the email at her earliest convenience.
Overall, I am happy with my visit and with the professional service I received from Dr. Natalie and I would visit again. Thank you.
