Excellent Acupuncturist! I highly recommend her and really enjoyed the sessions I had which were so relaxing and therapeutic. I always left with a greater sense of overall balance and well being!

Very personable and caring Acupuncturist who helped me with my carpal tunnel issues, sciatic nerve pain and also steered me in the right direction to try Chinese herbs which have really helped to lessen my perimenopausal symptoms which I am thrilled about!

I saw Ann after being treated by another acupuncturist who has since left the San Diego area and referred me to her this past summer. She treated me twice per week over 2 months time to help address my smoking addiction as well as some chronic pain issues I've had for years. Thrilled to report her treatments were both awesome and highly effective. I have been free of nicotine now for nearly 4 months and couldn't thank her enough! Ms. Shelton has treated me now for several months to address both severe migraines I've had off and on since suffering a whiplash from a car accident I was in back in April as well as a repetitive motion injury resulting in carpal tunnel syndrome which I was diagnosed with in early June. Ms. Shelton's treatments using both regular as well as electro-stimulation acupuncture as well as an herb called "moxa" helped out greatly to eliminate the migraines entirely as well as markedly reduce my ongoing carpal tunnel symptoms in both wrists. I am a full-time paralegal which requires me to use these muscles heavily each day on my job and Ann's treatments were fabulous, relaxing and very effective. So glad I was open to trying acupuncture because it works! I am so thrilled to be getting results like this without having to resort to drugs or surgery, but it was also necessary to keep them up since both, as she explained, are in my case considered chronic conditions and needed multiple treatments to have a lasting impact, but SO WORTH IT! I'd highly recommend her as an Acupuncturist. She really cares about her patients and offers a lot in terms of diversity of treatment options to address your areas of concern. Loved the added touch of aromatherapy that she offered too in her treatment sessions as an option for those who like the addition of essential oils which I absolutely do love and look forward to now each session!

Very positive experience after seeing Ann initially back in for my series of treatments to address chronic back and neck pain from sports related injury, sciatica as well as insomnia and digestive issues that I'd never thought to address before with acpuncture. It helped so much and is so very relaxing! Not the first time either myself nor my husband have received acupuncture and we both greatly appreciated the quality of care, treatment approach and variety of modalities that she used. Excellent recommendations afterward for followup care that we can do at home in between treatments including helpful nutritional supplementation ideas which was great! Am currently receiving weekly treatments to help support my pregnancy as I'm in my 2nd trimester and am loving the benefits I get both physically as well as mentally and emotionally from weekly treatments to support me and our third child as I journey through my 2nd trimester of pregnancy.

Excellent patient interview initially and wonderful treatment. I've booked a series of treatments and noticed marked improvement in my symptoms. She is an excellent practitioner of Chinese Medicine and I'd highly recommend her to others seeking out this venue for their health concerns. Very good patient rapport and continued follow up post treatment.
