I had Dr Kanji as my surgeon for RNY last week. I am so happy I was placed with her for my surgery. Right from when I met her on that telephone call last year to my scope and to my surgery. My whole experience with Kanji has been phenomenal. This was my very first surgery so very first experience. She eased any of my fears I had (which was very little because I was prepared ) she answered any questions I had. Her office was also great in assisting me when I needed it. If I ever need a general surgery after my time with the bariatric clinic I hope I am lucky enough to see her again! If you are placed with Dr Kanji for your bariatric surgery… know that you are in great hands!

I vant say enough great thing about Dr. Kanji. She was my surgeon and was great, easy to talk to and always explained things so that I understood them. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Karmali was the best surgeon Ive ever had! He was understanding and patient and always had time to answer my numerous questions. I had gastric bypass April 12. Wish I had done it twenty years ago. Don't hesitate to go with Dr. Karmali, extremely positive experience.

I Had Dr. Kanji until she went on mat leave . Then had her replacement Dr. Vu as a surgeon . But my visits with Dr. Kanji were great . she is very knowledgeable and great to talk to .

So far I have only had a consult with Dr. Kanji, but I found her to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. Her office admin. was awesome! So helpful and personal.
I am looking forward to having my surgery with Dr. Kanji in the fall and appreciated her shorter wait times.
To note, she is now in Edmonton, AB, at the Royal Alexandra Hospital.
