In search for a new doctor! Julie Vaughn's bed-side manner is horrible! When visiting for regular check-ups or problem-focused visits, she uses a tone that makes one feel intimidated to ask questions. She responds in a way that makes one feel unintelligent! Patients expect doctors to be approachable and easy to talk to about any health concern they may have. Dr. Vaughn doesn't make it easy to address health concerns.

Dr. Vaughn is the worse doctor I've ever had. She us a horrible listener who seems annoyed if you have questions. That bothers me because I rarely have questions but when I do, she shows she's in a rush. She almost seems like she's doing you a favor instead of you paying her. A friend of mine told me about a really good PCP. I'm going to try her out. Pretty sure she's gotta be better than Dr. Vaughn.

I like doctors with a holistic approach. If you do, stay away from Dr. Vaughn. She runs the show and doesn't like it when you interrupt her with questions or comments. I am in the process of looking for a doctor with a better bedside manner.

Dr. Vaughn is an excellent doctor who I've seen for ten years now. She is patient and very knowledgeable. You can see she cares and doesn't try to rush you along. My mother also has been going to her for several years. I have recommended several people who ended up liking her as well.

I found her to be pleasant for well visits but the minute I had something wrong I was suddenly an annoyance. When coming in for a painful UTI and excused myself to use the restroom she rolled her eyes and muttered as I walked down the hall, "and she's an add-in!" While trying to understand the pain I was experiencing regarding what turned out to be fibromyalgia, she was uncaring about my issues and did not direct me properly to a rheumatologist as she should have. She spoke to me as if I was a child with limited mental faculties. While waiting to sign in behind three patients 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, the line took me five minutes past my appointment time until I got to the head of the line. I was told that I had missed my appointment, would have to pay the co-pay and reschedule. Needless to say I declined and insisted on being seen but I was extremely unimpressed.

I am a new patient of hers. She is very kind and able to help me with some difficult issues. I am glad I found her and hope to stick with her for years to come.
