After waiting over an hr; hearing him in the other room laughing & chatting with someone, he didn't apologize. Upon asking me a few questions ... He didn't like one of my answers & made a smug, uncalled comment, which is extremely unprofessional! I would NOT recommend this doctor.

Dr. Janoff was wonderful. He diagnosed my issue after 3 other neurologists could not, spent time thoroughly explaining my options, prescribed the right medications, and I am feeling so much better. Thank you Dr. Janoff.

This o called neurologist is the WORST doctor I have ever seen. He barely examined me. He must have a
Financial interest in this company called Fox Rehab because he skipped over examining me and went right into me forking over $800 to Fox Rehab. Extremely crooked. Worst doctor ever. Mary

Worst doctor in Southern New Jersey. He's rude and smug. Find someone else instead.

just had first visit last week, Dr Janoff so far seems perfectly competent and pleasant however, agree with other reviewers that the staff is a nightmare....especially the certification person upon check-out, she basically ignored my basic questions-just didn't answer me, then said to go ahead and schedule my mri- later found I needed auth # when I went to schedule- I was given impression all was set, left 4 polite messages on cert desk + office manager lines over several days and was ignored -no return call to let me know what was going on- even just to tell me that it would take time- this would have been helpful, you can only talk to an appt person(who puts you on a line that never stops ringing if you ask to speak to someone), when I had to cancel my follow-up because I cannot move forward with the test until I hear from cert person- the front desk knew immed. who I was- time to discuss/ridicule me but no time to do their job!

The staff are incredibly incompetent. Phone calls are not returned. Our tests requiring pre-approval needed to be cancelled because we couldn't get the staff to call the Radiology Center back. It's been 7 months trying to get the tests done. Liked the doctor but the staff stink.

Totally upset right now. Last visit, he told me he was weaning me off one med and putting on another - he started the cycle and told me to call him in a month to tell how I was doing. SO I called on January 28. And 31. And February 4. And February 10. GOT A CALL YESTERDAY. Was told to switch my keppra down to 1000 mg and up the Tripleptal to 750. ALREADY ON 900 of Keppra!!!!! GOING BACK TO FORMER NEUROLOGIST.

Dr.Janoff is a very thorough neurologist. On many occasions, he has found things that no other doctor has found. I went in for routine check up and just by feeling my neck..he had them scan my thyroid. Sure enough I had 2 tumors on my thyroid. He is very caring and attentive which is very hard to find in specialist. I recommend him to everyone I know. The wait is on average 40 but that's the average wait for any specialist you go to.

Front desk has no customer service skills at all; condescending, too. Patients are expected to wait extraordinary amounts of time for the doc without any updates on how much longer the wait might be, no offer to re-schedule, no apologies from staff or the doc. 40 minute waits seem to be routine.
