Dr Abidi does NOT CARE FOR THE welfare of his patients. I was dropped as a patient became of my 575.00 balance with the office. I offered to pay $100.00 today and the rest later but was told told I could only pay ALL to be kept as a patient. I literally could not believe my ears and started crying with the office staff. They would not take my 100.00 and said the doctor NO longer wants me as a patient. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. Dr Abidi has no compassion or understand for his patients and only cares about the money!!!

This doctor is one of the smrtest and kindest of all the doctors I've met. e has treated me with such respect. Apart from talking about medical issues and resolving them, we often talk about our experiences in medical school and the books, music, etc. we love. He is a true humanist.

My daughter had an appointment on October 24, 2008. Dr. Abidi's staff were most helpful. They were able to work around my daughter's college schedule to give her an appointment very quickly. Dr. Abidi took his time to explain necessary information and answer our questions. He was very informative and kind. My daughter felt very comfortable sharing information about her symptoms, and she liked how he listened to what she had to say. We understood that the medicine that she is taking is a carefully controlled and will need monthly follow-up. This is the third time that my daughter has seen him. We would recommend Dr. Abidi as we attribute how well my daughter is doing in college to the careful care that he has given to her.

My daughter saw Dr. Abidi August 1, 2008 and received a prescription for Focalin. I did not fill the prescription since it was during summer vacation and she was not in school. When I tried to fill the prescription on September 21, 2008, the pharmacy would not fill it since it was over thirty days. (I incorrectly thought that I had six months to fill the prescription.) I requested a new prescription from Dr. Abidi and was denied. He wanted to see us again before filling the prescription. Nothing had changed since we had seen him on August 1. Now it only costs me $5.00 to take my daughter to his office, but I feel that he is wasting my time and the insurance's money, which only raises insurance costs for everyone. His office girl would not reissue the prescription. I requested that he contact me and she said that he was too busy and was in a meeting.
