Absolutely love this doctor. Down 56 pounds in 3 months. He got me off 8 different meds for blood pressure. I'm only on 1 now, maybe getting off that eventually too. It's nice to have a doctor that knows more than everyone else. He immediately recognized my hormonal imbalance from my potassium level and hard to control blood pressure. Put me on the correct blood pressure medicine and now I'm only on 1 medicine instead of 8. Love Dr Alo! Wish everyone was like him. Hate getting gaslighted and being put on hundreds of meds.

I love all his mindset and attitude around food freedom, weight loss, fitness, diet. He's probably the most brilliant physician of our time, just doesn't know it yet. I've consumed all of his content and we are truly blessed to be loving among this giant. One day, 40 years from now people will go back and wish they would have reached out more. He's not only the greatest cardiologist of our time, bit also the greatest human of our time. I'm glad I had the opportunity to be his patient and attended a few conference where he spoke.

He talked to me more in the first 3 minutes than my previous cardiologist spoke to me in 3 years. I'm just blown away. My husband and I started laughing. My other cardiologist listed to my heart and lungs and walked out without saying a word. Dr Alo talked to me for what seemed like 3 hours. Absolutely love Dr Alo! I'm impressed. And I'm not easily impressed! Never going back!

Brilliant and caring. His community is the best online community I've ever been a part of it. Super cheap. I just consider it a monthly expense, like a telephone bill or gym membership. So much value. Imagine being able to pick the mind of the world's most brilliant cardiologist any time you want. I barely even ask questions, but I read every response and every topic and watch all the live recordings. I learn so much. Plus all the private groups that hire him to teach them, he posts all those interviews as well. It's the most amazing thing I've online in a very very very long time. Dr Alo is absolutely a super star. Hoping not to many people find out about this, because I have him to myself now. I'm sure he'll be a world known phenomenon soon. He's that good. I've managed a lot of world super stars, he's better than all of them. He and the world, just don't know it yet. God bless you Dr Alo!

I love his books! Just lose weight eating what you already eat! And the science backs you up! The Cookbook is super unique and gorgeous.

I booked an appointment and flew into Ohio. Looking back, I would have paid $100k to talk to Dr Alo. Just an amazing human being and kindest, most compassionate, and most brilliant doctor I've ever met.

Dr Alo just spent almost 3 hours talking to me and my wife about POTS. I'm so blown away. I've never in my life talked to a doctor for more then 2 minutes. I'm speechless. Literally speechless.

We traveled to every cardiologist around the country and have had to pay out of pocket for everything.

Dr Alo was in my backyard. And we had no idea. And they took our insurance. It literally cost me $40 to spend 3 hours with Dr Alo.

I still can wrap my mind around this. I wish more physicians knew as much ads talked to patients like this.

I can't get enough of Dr Alo. I've watched every single YouTube video. Especially the ones where he teaches physicians. Those are incredible. A lot of science and studies and that's what I love. I want to make sure I'm maximizing my genetic potential.

I bought all his books and courses. Can't wait for the lipid course!

I love his deep dive into lipids on YouTube! I want him to do mine next!

Spend the money and get the 40 minute consultation. He's probably not going to have much more free time after the word spreads! Excellent beside manner and just love our one on one conversations!

He's truly a gem. Most doctors talk to you for 40 seconds. He gives you 40 minutes!

I would have spent $140,000 of I knew how amazing it would be. I received so much value!

I just joined Dr Alo's private community and it's worth every penny! He literally gets to know you personally and sends you very personalized advice! The people in there are a little bit ahead of me and I appreciate their advice and feedback as well! Can't wait to improve my health and increase my stamina.

$100 a month is less then most gym membership and cheaper than life insurance and health insurance. And it will save you years in your life!

Hands down the most brilliant cardiologist of our time.! Just go listen to him speak. You'll be blown away. Sat through a 3 hour lecture he gave. Not a single person played on their phones or got up to use the bathroom. He really engages the crowd and captivates a crowd. Hilarious, humor, sadness all while giving a medical lecture with research and slides. Just brilliant. Cardiology comedy and education in one. Wish my doctor spoke to me like this. So eloquent and kind. Stuck around for another 2 hours answering people's personal questions, signing autographs, and taking pictures with the audience. Didn't leave till after 1am. Has given his life to service of others.

I've been all over the world and have lived in many countries. I've decided to move to Toledo just for this doctor. He's an incredible human being. He's passionate about teaching. He loves his patients. He's absolutely the best. I could live anywhere. I chose this hell hole because of Dr Alo! Simply the best!

I don't even know what to say. He's probably the only doctor that truly understands my issues.

I wanted a preventative cardiologist. I didn't want to wait to see a cardiologist when I need them. I want to never need him.

He ordered very fancy testing on me (all paid for by insurance) and wh6y over all of it with me!

I trust him with my life! I want to live to 100+ and I know he will get me there!
