I was referred to Dr. Tong Lou by a doctor that left the Heart Center over a year ago. I went to every appointment every couple of months and had not once ever been even seen Dr. Tong Lou! I would be seen by the rudest office staff. (They would whisper to each other what type of patient was in each exam room.) When I asked where Dr. Tong Lou was at every appointment, the office staff would reply that she is busy and doing rounds at the hospital. After a year of no shows by Dr. Tong Lou, it was nessasary that I had to leave for my life. I fear that this is nothing, but a doctor office without a doctor. Sadly the only thing that they were really great at was charging me and my insurance for money. Save your own life and see a real doctor!

I was misdiagnosed with POTS at MRMC by an electrophysiologist who was teaching other residents. Dr Tong disagreed with his diagnosis- and she was right. Dr Tong diagnosed me correctly and referred me to a top notch electrophysiologist affliliated with Shands.
