The medical person is a criminal who needs to spend the rest of her life in jail along with anyone who follows her psychotic behavior.

we are in trouble..no one cares it is what it is. you would have to go back in time when the world was less stressed and greedy.. a lot of doctors have told me they dont think there is a future..there just going through the paces ..so see we are in big trouble.....there just cutting a paycheck.. And they could care less

She is absolutely horrible. I hope she gets a taste of her own medicine one day.

I wish she was still practicing!!!! I feel lost without her! I don't want another doctor! I liked her!! I am a borderline personality patient. We are known to be some of the most manipulative, trying psyc patients there are. She didn't shy away. She didn't play games. She said it like it was. I really appreciated her! Her knowledge and recognition of my "symptoms" was very quick and accurate! I am sad so many others gave her poor ratings on here!

I find it very disturbing to read the majority of comments relating to this particular psychiatrist. Two years ago, she was treating someone very close to me for three weeks while her regular psychiatrist was away. Her perception of Dr. Brink was the same as what has been described below, I.e. abrupt, disrespectful, and dismissive. The morning she was discharged, both she and her mother informed Dr. Brink that she was having very troubling and potentially dangerous psychotic symptoms as recently as two day previous -- Dr. Brink dismissed this and was adamant she was to be discharged. Her regular psychiatrist, who she had a very good rapport with, was returning in four days. The day after this young woman was discharged, she took her own life -- the circumstances of her suicide matched what she and her mother had described to Dr. Brink. I find it hard to believe this psychiatrist is still practicing when the negative perception of her care continues.

Many would disagree with these spiteful "Ratings" Dr. Brink has exceptional credentials and she is not in a position to defend herself against these vindictive and subjective statements. Shame on you for criticising a Professional who has dedicated her whole existence to this very challenging profession.!

TERRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY FROM HER!!! I have no idea how she has the title of "Dr", she is seriously out to make your life worse. DO NOT SEE HER!!! Im warning you. Every comment on this page is VERY true...she has insulted me, told me I'm a waste of time and cost the ER too much money..etc, I can't believe she hasn't lost her license....somebody needs to get this doctor fired!!!

I agree completely with these 3 comments re: this so called Dr. She should NOT be practicing psychiatry with that demeanor in mental health. I too was suicidal, had incredible traumas, was dismissed and told I too was wasting her time. When I asked about side effects to the Rx she got angry. She too was late for the appt. and tried to blame me. Had I reviewed this site earlier, I would've requested another prodessional.

it is very unfortunate that people such as dr.brink are allowed to practice psychiatry. From the moment she walked in the room I was met with nothing more than harshness and hostility....she was rude and judgemental through the entire appointment at the hospital. I went in feeling overwhelmed by the world and suicidal and she jus reinterated all of the s#$&*y parts of my life making me feel worthless and like a second class citizen to her. I am highly med sensitive and have a heart condition and when I said I have not tried certain meds due to this she suggested injection...I said no so her entire demeanor changed with me. She was rude...had no compassion or care for her patient....do not go see her you will just feel worse about yourself....she doesnt treat you like a patient she treats you like an inconvenience to her f#$&*ing day. She ended the assesment by TELLING me that I am not suicidal....that I have to stop comming tto the ER for help and sent me home!!!! Dr.brink sucks

Dr. Brink is a JOKE. There is no way WHATSOEVER she should have the title of "Dr" - I have dealt with her twice; The 1st time, I was suicidal & ended up in the emergency room. She made me feel like**** - I had to wait a VERY LONG TIME for her to show up, & she acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience to her. She ended up sending me home, bawling my eyes out. The 2nd time - Under the approval of my NEW Psychiatrist, I admitted myself to the hospital, where I was hoping to get some supervised treatment/med's regulated ect - The Dr on call at the time agreed that I should be admitted, but he wanted to follow "procedure" so he kept me overnight, until she came on shift in the morning. After a sleepless night, she FINALLY showed up - acted very rudely - said I was "wasting her time" because she'd "already seen me once before" - then, left the room - discharged me, and prescribed me 3 Ativan to "calm me down". I would "prescribe" her to take the stick out of her ass, and go to hell. Useless!!
