He is a lovely doctor. It appears like he does truly care for his patients.

Earlier this year my son was transferred from a small town hospital to Lions Gate. His main symptoms were a stiff neck, fever and extreme achiness. He was not responding to antibiotics and declining rapidly. Luckily Dr Bouchiere diagnosed him quickly and after doing so got him on the correct medication. The transformation was rapid. It turns out it was MIS due to exposure to Covid 19. This is very rare in adults so we were so impressed that Dr B picked this up. Our own family doctor referred to him as a ‘top notch specialist’ which is high praise indeed. I am so grateful for his expertise. He also happens to have a good rapport with patients.

Dr. Bouchiere is direct, knowledgable and excellent listener. He does not mind being challenged and defends his thought process with a well thought out game plan. His coment to me was "let's get you managed" and identified multiple areas that need attention. He's a doctor that calls you when you have a concern and works on colabrative solutions. There are many poor doctors in BC and Dr Bouchiere is not one of them! I can't say enough about his approach to getting you to the very best health possible. I love our debates and he provides a good approuch to managing me.

Simply the best...better than all the rest. Met him during an illness while in hospital. He was casual with a good sense of humour...made me work on the treadmill despite my objections and I am glad he did.
