I am so happy with Dr Soltani, I will never change her, she is always very nice to deal with and I have never had any issues with her. Dr Soltani always listens to me with all my concerns. The staff is also very pleasant to deal with.

Constantly feel brushed off and rushed. It's nearly impossible to get an apointment with her half the time, her clinic only accepts phone calls certain times of the day (????), receptionists always sound annoyed on the phone, and she is consistently late. Currently looking for a new doctor because I dread having to talk to her and my most recent conversation with Dr. Soltani left me feeling like I had wasted time by even bothering to book an appt with her.

Like another reviewer here, I'm always cognizant that doctors in general have much on their plates & time is important. With that said, as a patient of this doctor , it's really,almost, frightening how little time she has given me. And mixing up my file with another patient's , not following up with me on specialist recommendations for future screenings, & leaving specialists confused about why I was recommended bc reports were not sent to them , has had lead me to lose trust in this doctor.

Knowing that everyone is rushed for time, I try to keep my visits limited to one issue. I always feel extremely rushed, like I have to get out my concerns in under a minute if possible. An exaggeration to be sure, but that is how it feels. Consultations are always under 19 minutes for me, & I quite often leave wondering if I've been heard.

Dr. Soltani has always been efficinet, knowledgeable and compassionate when dealing with our family.She has provided excellent care by sending me for scans and referring me for further medical attention. Her staff has always been efficient and pleasant.

Dr. Soltani is a competent doctor, but expect very brief, business-like visits with her. It usually feels like you get the minimum amount of time needed, in order to get to the next patient.

The reception staff isn't strong. I haven't experienced the rudeness others have, but regularly struggle with their competence (mishandling specialist referrals, not completing tasks assigned by Dr. Soltani, etc). They're also very rigid in when they accept calls (10-4pm, closed for an hour at lunch) so sometimes difficult to get a hold of.

can't stand the receptionsits. There are absolutely incompetent, unhelpful, rude and Unworthy of being representatives for a family doctor.
