I had a bilateral breast reduction by Dr Evans in July 2023. I was nervous about choosing a male surgeon but anyone in the same position should put their mind to ease knowing he is extremely professional and there is always a female staff member present for measurement taking and examinations. Front desk staff member Cassandra is very hardworking, reliable, and friendly.
I had very large breasts for my frame (probably around a 32G) and was prepared to still wear a medium-large size afterwards, which Dr Evans was clear about from the start- you can only take off so much tissue. But I’m pleased to say 6 months later I’m now a 32B/C! I couldn’t be happier and my body image has changed radically. If you’re thinking about it, do it!

Looking old and wrinkled before my time, I had a facelift in 2014 performed by a well-regarded, double Board-certified Plastic surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ. It was a supportive process with no adverse effects. I was advised the lift would last 5-10 years. At home in Ontario, I continued to visit my local aesthetics Doctor for filler injections to provide some fullness to my face. The fillers were absorbed very quickly and effects were short-lived.
I don’t mind looking my age but I do not want to look 10 years older than my age so, I was searching for my second facelift in 2019. Being new to BC, I did an online review of plastic surgeons. Reading through positive reviews of Dr. Morgan Evans and his team was what initially brought me to his office for a consultation. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and clearly passionate about his work, Dr. Evans listened to what I was hoping for and then provided information, options and thoughts on procedures that would be best suited for my hoped-for results. Dr. Evans suggested a facelift with fat-transfer as fat cultivated from my own body, once established, would last where fillers could not.
With always friendly Cassandra at the office front desk, bending over backwards to field calls and alter appointments to contend with Covid restrictions, we were ultimately able to proceed with the facelift and fat-transfer surgery in 2022 with an additional fat-transfer procedure in 2023. I am extremely happy with the results. Absolutely no complications, clear and caring follow-up and the results have me looking my age again. I do not hesitate in giving Dr. Evans the highest rating possible. Wonderful experience.

Dr. Morgan Evans preformed a MSP approved septorhinoplasty on me on January 10, 2023. I was born with a deviated septum and had trauma to my nose on a few other occasions making my breathing worse. I also suffered from chronic sinusitis. I had been to countless doctors and specialists regarding my issues over a span of 8 years. After a defeating path I was finally referred to Dr. Evans. He was so friendly, informative and understanding. He was the first doctor to notice that I actually had two deviations, one high up on one side and the other lower down on the other. I couldn’t believe no one else had every advised me of this. He determined this was definitely a medical issue and said that surgery would drastically improve my quality of life as both my airways were obstructed. I felt truly heard/seen for the first time.
I had two consultations with him and both were very pleasant. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding.
His assistant Kassandra was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and answered all questions I had leading up to surgery.
On the day of surgery I felt very comfortable and confident. Dr. Evans really made the whole process a great experience.
My surgery went extremely well and I was given great instructions for aftercare for my healing process. Both my follow up appointments were also pleasant and Dr. Evans took the the time to answer every question I had gracefully.
I am 10 weeks post op, and even though it will take a full year to see the final results and for all swelling to subside, I am extremely happy with the outcome. My breathing has changed drastically, which has improved my sleep, anxiety, exercise and quality of life (to name a few). On another note, I feel more confident with the appearance of my nose.
You can really tell Dr. Evans is passionate about what he does and he does it with such professionalism and precision. His work is impeccable. I would say this has been my best experience with any doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone— look no further!!

I had a bilateral breast reduction today, and was very nervous. The second I spoke to a single staff member, my worries were put at ease.
Every single question I had was answered, honestly.

They were SO kind, so professional, and I haven’t “seen” what my breast look like without the gauze yet, but im so happy already. Next to no pain, and just thrilled.


Thank you Dr Evans and staff, you guys make surgery very comfortable, easy, and a lot less scary.
If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I believe I have commented previously about Dr. Evan’s but since had another minor surgery.I first had a reduction. Which is fantastic can hardly see any signs already of the incisions and I was so surprised after because I had all these thoughts seeing as I am 78 yrs
He is so reassuring and considerate ,kind and a great personality.I just love him.(told him so)On one of my latter appointments he sat quietly and asked me if I would like him to deal with another situation which had bothered me greatly,a lump on my hand ,and spotted a mark on my chest he wished to tend to ,These are also finished ,healed and I have never felt so good having this removed from my hand ,it caused me grief everyone commenting and bumping myself.I was previously told to leave it.Everything is healing great so is my confidence in wearing clothes,feels different for a little while but everyone commenting how I look good. Not to mention how VERY good my back feels now.My husband had just passed away and he is also very compassionate.Honestly in my experience with Dr. Morgan Evan’s he’s the greatest not to forget Cassandra always so helpful and happy,does her very best to accommodate.Sorry long winded but you can see why.

I had a breast reduction and dr. evans was so amazing! He did such a good job and I could not be more thankful, I am so happy with the results. This has been my first ever surgery, so going into it I was very nervous and had no idea what to expect. But Dr. Evans and his team were so amazing and I felt super comfortable making the procedure easy. Dr Evans is so caring and professional and he was super reassuring and made me feel comfortable. I could not recommend him more!
